Eligibility	Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, custom-made products, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or not as described.

Refund Deduction for False Claims	A £3.25 deduction will be applied if a false claim is made through eBay, such as falsely stating the item was "not as described." This deduction will cover return postage, where eBay invoices us for shipping fees. Misuse of the "not as described" claim will be reported to eBay for review.
Exchanges	We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
