Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, custom orders, and intimate apparel. Items returned in used condition, or missing tags or original packaging, may be subject to a reduced refund or rejection of the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or not as described.
A deduction will be applied if a false claim is made through our site, such as falsely stating the item was "not as described." This deduction will cover return postage and service fees. Misuse of the "not as described" claim will be reported and may result in being banned from using our services.
We provide free postage to the UK for orders over £50 using Track 48. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
We use Royal Mail International Tracked for international shipping, offering reliable and fully tracked delivery services. Delivery aims for specific European countries are as follows:
Delivery to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, and Luxembourg: 3-4 working days
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days

However, we are happy to assist you by contacting the courier for updates on your parcel's status.
Lost Parcels: If your item is completely lost during transit, we will issue a full refund to you.
